I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with clean and spacious rooms, a comfortable bed, and attentive staff. The breakfast was good, and I received helpful service from the front office staff members Ms. Pooja, Aaradhna, and Gitanjali. However, there was a slight cigarette stench in the room.
The hotel provides a warm welcome from the entrance onwards, but the rooms are in very bad condition and overpriced for the quality offered. The service is impressive and the staff, especially Ms. Mili, goes above and beyond. The location is ideal for those visiting the US consulate, though some areas nearby are worth exploring. Dining options range from extensive to limited. Overall, a mixed experience with great service and location, but disappointing rooms.
